I graduated from the Medical College of Virginia School of Dentistry in May 1975. I then completed a two-year general residency at Louisiana State University School of Dentistry in New Orleans. I came to Martinsville in August 1977 and took over the general practice of Dr. Ruff Wheless, who had returned to school to specialize in periodontics. I was awarded a Fellowship in The Academy of General Dentistry in July 1984. Outside of dentistry, I have been very involved in many community organizations and activities. My hobbies are spending time with my family, hunting and gardening in the spring and summer.
Graduated from National University College of Puerto Rico, Associate Degree in Dental Assistant with Expanded Functions on 1999. Then I continued my studies on Pre-Odontology on University Of Puerto Rico, Arecibo Campus. Then I graduated from University of Puerto Rico, Medical Sciences Campus, and School of Dental Medicine in June 2006. I started my private practice in May 2007, on Mayaguez, Puerto Rico with ten years of Dental experience. Member of the College of Dental Surgeons Puerto Rico. Treasurer of Western District of the College of Dental Surgeons of Puerto Rico for 5 years. Work in Dentistry is my passion and make the patients smiles is my goal. My other passion is spending time with my wife Eunice, my kids and my two dogs. Also, I like lifting weights, make exercise, and play table tennis.
Dr. O’Neal was born and raised in Mayodan, NC. She completed her undergraduate degree at Wake Forest University. From there, she attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery in 2021. Dr. O’Neal was also inducted into Omicron Kappa Upsilon, a dental society that recognizes scholastic and character excellence. Dr. O’Neal is a talented painter, lover of all animals, especially her cat Possum, and is excited to be able to travel! She has worked as an associate in North Carolina for 3 years.
With two decades of dedicated service in the field of dentistry, Dr. Louis J. Traci brings a wealth of expertise in oral surgery, dental implants, cosmetic dentistry, Invisalign, and full mouth rehabilitations. Over the course of his career, Dr. Traci has completed over 1000 hours of continuing education, staying at the forefront of the latest advancements and techniques in dental care. He has successfully placed over a thousand implants providing for single tooth replacement solutions as well as full mouth rehabilitations using locator over dentures or full arch implant retained fixed prostheses also known as teeth in a day or All-on-X. Dr. Traci is known for his meticulous attention to detail, compassionate patient care, and a commitment to achieving optimal outcomes for each individual. Whether transforming smiles with cutting-edge cosmetic procedures or providing comprehensive rehabilitation solutions, Dr.Traci combines experience with innovation to deliver exceptional results. Dr. Traci also recognizes the importance of the oral-systemic connection and diligently obtains this pertinent information from each patient in order to provide the best treatment plan for both their oral and overall health and well being. In addition to a robust clinical practice, Dr. Traci is dedicated to advancing the field through ongoing learning and professional development, ensuring that their patients benefit from the most current and effective dental treatments available. Dr. Traci completed his Bachelors in Health Science Degree from George Mason University and after attained his Doctor of Dental Surgery from Virginia Commonwealth University. His parents both grew up in the Washington metropolitan area and he has family and friends that have resided in central Virginia and southwest Virginia for many years. He is excited about returning to southwest Virginia and meeting you all and assisting you in your oral health needs. In his spare time, he is and Orange Theory enthusiast, avid golfer, and a licensed pilot. He also enjoys hiking, running and cycling as well as spending time with his family and friends in the Shenandoah Valley and central/southwest Virginia.
